“It’s important to improve skin’s density ahead of facial surgery such as a facelift and a mirco-needling facial is a great way to do this. With a 0.5 needle and a feathering technique, it’s less traumatic on skin and creates channels to increase penetration of active ingredients. We then apply a 10% retinol + 20% vitamin C for collagen boosting and LED light like Lightfusion™ uses two clinically proven wavelengths – 633nm or red light and 830nm near infra red light – to stimulate the energy source of skin cells. Red and infrared light helps to reduce inflammation, accelerate wound healing, reduce brown spots and pigmentation and improve skin tone and texture instantly and over time.over the peel to stimulate activity in the skin and enhance effects of treatment. There’ll be no dry skin immediately but around three days later you’ll experience some dryness and redness but nothing traumatic.”
