WHAT IS BREAST REVISION SURGERY?

Have you had breast surgery but you’re unhappy with the result? Corrective and revision breast surgery is becoming increasingly popular to correct uneven or asymmetrical breasts or past surgery issues.

Our breast surgeons are highly skilled and experienced and have performed breast revision surgery for many patients who underwent less than satisfactory procedures with other surgeons. Previous Karidis Clinic patients may undergo revision breast surgery to replace implants, whether to choose a different size, correct ageing changes to the breasts or address issues such as capsular contracture.

Firstly, you’ll have a consultation with your surgeon, who will listen to all your concerns and critically assess the breast tissue, previous surgery, scars, implants, and likely outcome. Then there will be ample opportunity to discuss all the possible options open to you.

WHY MIGHT BREAST REVISION SURGERY BE REQUIRED?

While some corrective or revision breast cases might involve straightforward surgical solutions, others can be much more complex, requiring some detailed expertise and planning. Each case has its own unique set of issues, as well as solutions, which is why only a one-to-one consultation at our London clinic will give you a detailed account or the feedback you need for your case.

Corrective or revision breast procedures might be required if you have undergone breast surgery previously but are dissatisfied with the appearance and would like results improved. Common issues include drooping, asymmetrical breasts, bottoming out or a uniboob. Our leading surgeons have many years of experience correcting unsatisfactory results, and are in an excellent position to offer sound and sensible advice to address your problem.

Breast Augmentation

“Really happy with my new breasts. Pregnancy and breastfeeding take a toll on your breasts and it doesn’t matter how much exercise or dieting you do, it’s not possible to reverse the changes that occur. I feel that my breasts are now in proportion with my body and beautifully lifted“
